GTT/PORSCHE FRONT BRAKE CONVERSION
Be it for road use or track days, without doubt this has to be the ultimate brake setup for all Minis'!
341mm diameter by 32mm thick grooved & vented, handed rotors, to put that in perspective that's 10mm thicker & 65mm larger diameter than stock!
Separate CNC machined anodised alloy bells with 14 fixing points per disc. Genuine Porsche 911 Twin Turbo alloy calipers. (They even come to you in sealed Porsche boxes from the main dealer) and not forgetting the all important Porsche logo on those beautiful red calipers!
Also included are GTT CNC machined custom mounting brackets and kevlar 'fast road' brake pads. These pads are chosen to achieve very progressive braking under all conditions.
This conversion provides effortless fade free braking suitable for both road and track. Incidentally there is no need to uprate the rear brakes, as only around 20% max of the braking is directed to the rear wheels. Another advantage of the GTT/Porsche conversion is that the unusually high 'rearward bias' of the Mini is moved forward a little.
Can be used with 17" diameter or larger wheels. (not OE 17" 'S' Lite) Rim width: minimum 7.5J. However some 7J rims can be used but will require spacers. Please telephone if you need advice. Extender brackets now machined from L168 areospace aluminium for ultimate strength and lighter weight.

GTT 'Spiroslot’ Brake Discs + Kevlar Pads
These are a direct replacement for the stock plain discs fitted to all Mini models, offering improved braking and stunning looks. Initial bite is better & there is less inclination towards fade or fluid boil at the limit. Each pair of discs come complete with Kevlar compound fast road brake pads.
We have conducted extensive research and testing to ensure this kit is the best bar none. Benchmark products for comparisons were stock (obviously) and a set of EBC grooved/dimpled discs + Greenstuff pads.
Incidentally GTT are not new to producing performance discs. Since 1992 under the tradename 'Pro- Disk' we produced grooved discs for dozens of performance cars.
SPEC:-
- Fine 'equal size particle' cast pearlitic steel. (ie not low grade Chinese import grade castings!)
- Runout machined to <.001" TIR, stock tolerance is <.002" Many pattern discs are machined to <.004". In essence with GTT discs there is less risk of warpage or pedal judder occurring.
- All Discs dynamically balance.
- 7 'Spiroslot' grooves per face (alternating radial position), CNC machined as a left & right handed pair. The square channel grooves expel dust, gasses & water more effectively than 'spherical nose' machined grooves, and will also deglaze the pads properly without risk of the slot reintroducing the dust back under the pad.
-The bell section of the disc (the bit in the middle you see which is not swept by the pads), is finished and cured using VHT paint. This is more durable than the gold colour zinc passivate others use. And being silver looks better as it blends with the wheel colour. Our way is the same as Audi & many other prestige car makers use to keep the OEM discs looking good. The heat produced from braking further cures the VHT paint.

GTT AEROBOX TOP STRUTBRACE
This is without doubt the daddy of strutbraces for the Cooper S, GP, Cooper & One.
The crossbar being machined from a solid billet of high tensile aluminium for ultimate rigidity. The welded ends are joined by a weld run of 225mm long at each end!
Whereas other braces try to prevent movement in one plane the GTT brace stops flexing in all directions; Tension, compression, twist ,lift and any combination of these forces , allowing the cars suspension to work properly. The difference in handling has to be experienced to be believed. With stock or JCW air boxes fitting time is under 10 minutes. Looks (and stays looking) stunning .Comes c/w stainless steel GTT badge.
In summary this has to be the best (and most cost effective) handling upgrade available. Standard colours are powder coat black or powder coat clear (GTT Patina).

Reduces chassis flex during cornering. Larger diameter tube, TIG welded and stainless steel construction set this product above other offerings. Very easy to fit.

A unique product that can be used in combination with the above or on its own. Stiffens the rear end of the front subframe where it attaches to the floorpan. Machined from solid billet aluminium, & powder coated black. Attaches using a total of 4x M12 bolts for maximum effect. For ultimate performance use all 3 GTT braces.

BILSTEIN PSS COILOVER SUSPENSION KIT
Fully adjustable ride height front and rear, kit contains front & rear dampers and springs (inc. helper springs). Build quality uses the same twin tube 40mm diameter stanchions on the front as used on the mighty PSS9 kits (other brands use 22mm on the front and 15mm on the rear). …Nothingelse gets close to the quality of these kits, hence why we don’t list a dozen brands of suspension. To Fit all 1st generation hard top minis (except GP). Manufactured from purposeful 1.5inch diameter stainless steel tube. Fully T.I.G welded construction for strength and stunning appearance. BILSTEIN PSS9 SUSPENSION KIT
In our opinion, no other aftermarket kit comes even close to PSS9 in terms of engineering, build, adjustability or handling. It is not the cheapest kit AND we don't make a lot on it. We love it and so will you! Our experience will ensure that if fitted by us the settings will be optimised for best performance.
We can control both ride height & damping front and rear. We also reset the tracking if we fit it for you.

GTT "RED" LOWERING SPRINGS
4 spring set. Lowers car by approx 25-30mm all round. Improves stance and handling. Interestingly the STD dampers are not bad. Unless you are going PSS9 route we feel this is your best bet! We also reset the tracking after fitting.

GTT WHEEL SPACERS
Spacers are used for various reasons; to provide clearance between the wheels and brakes/ suspension, to look purposeful, or to improve handling. The Mini is unusual for a performance FWD car in that the front track width and rear track width are near identical. This results in the front washing out when pushed hard, i.e. the front slides (understeer).
By comparison a standard 1989 205 GTi 1.9 is 30 mm wider at the front than the back! To combat this on the Mini, increasing the track width on the front will improve the front grip during cornering.
A pair of GTT 16mm wheel spacers on the front can make a huge improvement to 'turn in'. These are not universal spacers but made specifically for the Mini. They are spigoted for accurate and strong location. We also produce 5mm flat spacers. All GTT spacers are anodised and sold in pairs.
