GTT 170 AB
This conversion consists of electronic ‘ plug in’ module and GTT ‘Cold Ram’ Induction kit complete with its distinctive red alloy engine cover and pop off filter. ...Approx power 170bhp or 175bhp for SS.

GTT220 AB
This conversion utilizes most of the parts from the GTT190 plus a complete replacement larger turbo (not the stock turbo bored out to accept larger compressor wheel). The Garrett ‘GT’ range turbo is rated to 260bhp. Kit also includes free flowing replacement cat/downpipe or optional decat pipe. This will mate to either the stock exhaust or for optimum flow, to other brand cat backs such as Miltek etc.Also includes GTT turbo heatshield. ..Approx power 220bhp This conversion is only available fitted, and we will require the car for upto 1 week. Where possible we try to offer cost effective power upgrade paths , therefore many parts from GTT190 can be accommodated with the GTT 220 conversion.

GTT240 AB
This conversion is identical to the GTT220 except for the addition of the GTT PowerMist water& methanol injection system with its beautiful polished Stainless Steel boot mounted 2 gallon tank and high pressure pump. Above 1.3 bar turbo boost pressure the ‘mix’ is automatically injected into the inlet manifold, cooling the charge for more power, cooler running and better engine protection. This conversion then allows higher turbo boost to be run safely without any risk of detonation. See PowerMist under our product listings for more information. ..Approx power 240bhp

GTT COLD RAM INDUCTION SYSTEM
This product alone can add upto 15bhp , with typical gains of 8-10bhp combined with reported small improvements in fuel consumpsion to. This is the only kit on the market that comes complete with integral engine cover. By removing the standard airbox the engine bay without the GTT alloy engine cover looks decidedly bare! Also included is the GTT ‘Grenade’ Pop off filter . This allows rapid expulsion of dumped air during gearchange. It is large enough not to cause restriction , and can be easily dismantled and cleaned. However the part of this kit most responsible for the power increase is the GTT Ram-Pipe mounted within the main filter. This is CNC machined from solid billet to achieve optimum true 360 degree rolled edge ....no other manufacturer does this. This allows optimum flow and minimum pressure drop at the turbo compressor inlet. This identical design is used on GTT 350bhp Mini conversions.
This kit adds some desirable ( for most) induction noise, however for a quieter approach we can offer a ‘recirc closed loop’ version . If you want even more noise, just put a 30-50mm hole in the plastic divider panel between engine bay and scuttle area ...job done!

The engineering quality and visual impact is stunning. Combining an all stainless steel mirror polished custom designed pump/tank with all visible welds removed. Tank is of approx 2 gallon capacity and features built in sight level glass, baffle, low fluid level float switch, quick release beautiful GTT alloy filler cap, and integral feet allowing simple bolting down to boot space floor. The tanks integrated pump is purpose designed to allow water, methanol or any percentage of water methanol mix to be used. Continuous running or ‘running dry’ situations do not present problems either. It has a very high output pressure of 17bar and high delivery rate supporting engines upto 1500bhp! The pump is both water cooled via the fluid in the tank and at the same time air cooled by the very distinctive ‘finned’ heatsink. (Choice of colours available)
‘PowerMists’ compact proportions and classic styling allow the tank to be unobtrusively and neatly positioned in one corner of the boot or as many will want, positioned centrally to become a ‘ visual high’, upstaging or visually complimenting many ICE systems!
‘PowerMist’ kits are available to suit all turbo cars from standard to the very highly modded. Kits come with our own high quality pressure sensor calibrated in house to activate the PowerMist at the optimum point and with correct size ‘Spiroflo’ injector nozzle for each car. Let us know your mods list, and we will provide the best setup for you. Note to get the best performance from your PowerMist it is usually necessary to increase turbo boost and/or ignition advance . In many instances it is possible to actually lean out the fuel aswell ...saving fuel and gaining power at the same time. These changes can be carried out either by mechanical adjustment or remapping the cars ecu depending on application. We recommend you simply fit the kit ‘as supplied’ THEN remap to reap the rewards that PowerMists greatly increased octane and greatly reduced inlet temps allow!
Running Costs? ... PowerMist is only activated under load, therefore a single 2 gallon tank is likely to last between 1 and 4 tanks of petrol before needing a refill, dependant on how hard the car is driven. There is no need to ever use expensive race fuel again. In fact you won’t even need Super Unleaded.....95 octane will suffice saving you money to. Don’t forget your PowerMist can work extremely well using just distilled water, which is (almost) free!! If you choose to use methanol we recommend approx a 50/50 mix with water. Methanol costs? Around 50p to 90p per litre.
Performance? You will not be disappointed, a local RR operator to us said in 25 years he had never seen inlet temps drop instantly by so much the moment the PowerMist was turned on. Similarly one car we developed the conversion on which previously would only allow 16psi before encountering knock, allowed 26psi to be used safely once the PowerMist was activated...no other changes made!

GTT SPORTS CAT & DOWNPIPE
Direct replacement for the stock item. Uses 200CPSI metallic substrate cat for optimum flow, reduced backpressure and increased power . Reduced backpressure at turbine outlet reduces turbo stress . Cat is fully UK MOT compliant, and the car requires no remapping or other changes to work correctly. Downpipe is all stainless steel construction and uses higher quality TIG welding for optimum strength.... Typical power increase ( dependant on accompanying mods) + 5 to +15bhp.

Suitable for all Abarth turbo models including Punto which do not have a standard guage. Also very useful for 500 models as it reads vacuum, gives correct reading when used with TMC module etc and looks great to. Pod available in Abarth Red, Black or silver. Dial face in black or white. Guage reads from -15psi to +30psi. Guage also has option for wiring in backlight.
