Proven GTT design since 1992 – the original aftermarket closed loop valve.
Virtually silent operation (with standard air box).
Optional race spec woven polyester diaphragm – very strong & very flexible.
HIGH EFFICIENCY (1)– long stroke internals allow typically 20% more escape area for pressurised air for reduced lag and turbo wear.
HIGH EFFICIENCY (2) – ultra low weight diaphragm assembly. Around five times lighter than typical piston type, allows it to react to positive and negative pressure much faster.
HIGH EFFICIENCY (3) – no piston blow by. In the same way that an engines pistons always leak marginally, the same will happen with piston dump valves. Once the manufacturer's assembly lubricant has been pushed to one side by constant use this can become a problem. The valve still works, but as with a worn engine, efficiency is decreased. The main criticism of diaphragm type valves is that the diaphragm can split, this being true but with our system the life span is greatly increased with correctly engineered smooth radiused internals and special material diaphragm. In the event the diaphragm eventually splits it can be changed in a few minutes with 100% performance restored. – Includes silicon tubing and jubilee clips.

Part No: EC053 Product Description: We started with one goal – to produce a product with as much rigidity as possible, far beyond that of both the OE and aftermarket items that have been accepted before. Bolted construction, adjustable width and small diameter round section tube are frequently used for cheapness of manufacture, but will result in a very flexible (and frankly pointless) brace. The GTT ‘Aerobox’ features fully welded construction, with no ‘strength sapping’ adjuster or bolt together parts, combined with very low weight. We use a massive 50mm x 30mm aluminium box section giving many times more ridgid construction thus preventing chassis flex and giving real improvements in handling. We also retain the 8 point fixing system. The end sections have pockets strategically milled out to remove weight not strength – Very time consuming but first class engineering. GTT logo CNC engraved in centre of brace.

Part No: EC056 Product Description: Replaces OE plastic cover. Slots are backed with a fine stainless steel mesh as used on our carbon fibre engine covers. Cover is rubber mounted and tilted down towards front of car for maximum visual effect.

This reduces swelling at high boost and high temperatures reducing turbo lag and extending service life. Set A consists of the two longer top hoses plus the short straight section for upper end of LH intercooler.
Part No: EC058 Product Description: These are produced specially for GTT in a thicker 5 ply wall rather than the standard 4 ply. This reduces swelling at high boost and high temperatures reducing turbo lag and extending service life. Set B consists of the two remaining shorter hoses that join the two intercoolers (225bhp cars).
