Making A Purchase
Buying from our online range is very simple. In order to shop for a product, locate it using the search facility or browse categories. When you are ready, press the 'Add to cart' button, then confirm the quantity and press 'Update'. To review the details of your order, simply press the 'View cart' button.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Solo, Electron, and Switch
on this site but unfortunately we are unable to accept American Express or
any
other card. We use full SSL encryption to encrypt your card details.
Shipping And Handling
We aim to process all orders within 24 hours (working
day) of their receipt at our premises (orders placed after 12pm will be processed
the following business day). Despatch of your goods held in stock will typically
take place within 48hrs, but please allow up
to 7-10 days before contacting us. Most items are dispatched by contracted
courier, however if you are not in, the driver will leave a card so that you
may contact them to arrange redelivery to your shipping address, at a mutually
agreeable time window. It may be possible for you to collect from the couriers
local depot, but ID "passport, driving license" will be required.
Tax Charges
VAT at 17.5% will be added at the checkout stage of
purchase, or the prevailing rate. The total price shown at check out stage
is the price
you will be charged.
Purchases
made
in some
Countries
may
be liable to import duties.
Credit Card Security
This site employs industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption for accepting credit card payments. This means that the details you enter are encrypted at the final stage of ordering, and then held in encrypted format until they are processed. At no stage are they held in clear text while online.
Check that you have SSL enabled by running your cursor over the padlock which you will see towards the lower right hand side of the screen in your browser when you reach the final page of the Checkout process. Please note that your address and order details are transmitted by secure network.
Guarantee Returns Policy
GTT products are guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months
from date of purchase (excluding normal wear and tear). As is standard in all
motor
sports
applications,
parts used for competition or on a race track are not covered by any warranty
what so ever. We reserve the right to replace or repair faulty items at our
own discretion.
Parts correctly supplied but returned for refund must
be unused and in they original condition. Correctly supplied parts will be
subject to
a admin/re-stocking charge. If you are having any problems or are dissatisfied
in any way with your purchase, please telephone first, we are more than happy
to help.
NB It is a condition of purchase that GTT will not be
held liable for any consequential losses resulting from the supply or fitment
of
any GTT products.
We always try to give you the very best products available. However, occasionally problems may occur and if you consider the goods to be less than satisfactory, please tell us.
You are entitled to a credit on your account, a credit note or a refund for the value of the goods.
What if I wish to cancel my order? Orders may be cancelled
up to 7 working days after the date of receipt of the goods by you for refund.
This 7 day period begins on the day after you receive the goods. Monies will
be refunded within 30 days of cancellation. We may ask that you return the
goods at
your own expense.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
